State of The Art Military Surveillance Systems By Indians

Advanced military surveillance systems are a crucial element of the army. These systems assist soldiers to locate, track and trace enemy movement with clear precision in any climatic condition. These systems play a vital role while conducting surgical strikes and will protect vital and expensive military establishments such as air force bases, naval docks, nuclear establishments, and army bases. Development and Procurement of advanced military surveillance systems is the top priority of countries such as India, Japan, and many of the European nations.

As the demand for this equipment is growing rapidly, more private companies have taken up the task of manufacturing and conducting R&D activities to innovate new surveillance systems. Now the government establishments must compete with such companies. Such competition between private organizations and government laboratories will result in more advanced and multifunctional surveillance tech which will in fact benefit the nation.

The Indian Multinational Conglomerate, The TATA Group’s Subsidiary company, the TATA Advanced Systems, is making break-throughs in not just developing military surveillance systems but in many spheres of the military tech, such as optronics, military vehicles.

Tata Advanced Systems Limited is an Indian aerospace, defence, military engineering & construction and technology company. It is a fully owned subsidiary of Tata Sons, a holding company for the Tata Group.
